Frequently Asked Questions
How long does shipping take?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are 3–4 business days in the US and 6–10 days internationally.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at support@bstarrcreation.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
Shipping Policy
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
International Shipping: We currently ship to select international countries. Please note that you may be responsible for customs duties and taxes upon delivery.
Lost Packages: BStarr Creation is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Returns & Refunds
Return Window: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.
Refunds: We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Non-returnable items: Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and digital assets cannot be returned.
